Privacy Policy additions

Keep the privacy policy Shopify generated, since it already covers checkout, cookies and California rights. After the store is renamed, it will say Haus of Highlands instead of My Store. Paste these three sections above its Contact heading.

Ranch visits and bookings

When you book an experience or event appearance, we collect your name, email, phone number, group size, preferred date and, for event appearances, your event address. We use this only to confirm and manage your booking, calculate travel and contact you about your visit.

Photos and video at the ranch

We may take photos and videos at the ranch that show guests, and we may share them on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear, let us know and we will do our best to leave you out or remove content you appear in.

Children

Bookings and purchases must be made by an adult. When a parent or guardian brings a child to the ranch, they agree to our handling of any information or photos of that child as described in this policy.
