Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for supporting our family ranch. Please read this policy before you book or buy.

Ranch experiences and event appearances

This covers ranch tours, Golden Hour visits, calf cuddles, bottle feedings, private photoshoots and calf appearances at your event.

• Every booking is a donation to the ranch. It feeds our animals and funds ranch improvements, so bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
• Group size includes every guest. Children under 3 are free and do not count toward your group.
• Outside dogs and other pets are not allowed on the property.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once by contacting us at least 48 hours before your booking. Requests made less than 48 hours ahead cannot be rescheduled, and the booking is forfeited.

No-shows and late arrivals

If you do not arrive, your booking is forfeited. If you arrive late, your visit still ends at its scheduled time.

Weather, safety and animal care

We may move a booking because of weather, animal health, safety or other ranch needs. If we do, we will work with you to pick a new date. Refunds are not given unless required by law.

Event appearance travel

Travel is billed at $5 per mile, round trip, from our ranch in Moorpark, CA. Travel charges are non-refundable once the trip is scheduled.

Apparel, mercantile and boutique items

Unused items in original condition with tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Proof of purchase is required. Sale items are final sale.

To start a return, email us at [EMAIL] with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Farm Market goods

Baked goods, jams, butter and other food items are final sale because they are perishable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Include your order number and photos. We will replace the item, issue store credit or refund it.

Miniature cattle and embryos
